AKKA Mini is a system for handling roles and authorization for the system Selma. Selma is a system used for managing information about courses and programmes at several Swedish universities. AKKA Mini handles information about people who have access to both AKKA Mini and Selma. The personal data processed includes name, user identity and email address.
The purpose of processing the personal data is to be able to give authorized users access to Selma. No personal data is transferred to third countries (countries that are not members of the EU or EEA).Contact person for the service: Selma applikationsdrift, selma-applikationsdrift@its.uu.se

You have the right to request an extract from the register in order to check what information is registered about you. Read more about your rights and how the University handles personal data. The personal data is retained in AKKA Mini as long as the data is considered necessary and your access to AKKA Mini is terminated upon termination of your employment.
